Management Team

David W. Carroll, President and CEO

Mr. Carroll is the President and CEO of agopc. Previously, as founder and executive of two advanced technology companies, Mr. Carroll invented numerous robotic and computing systems still in operation today. These products include processor-based device successes at companies such as Goodyear, 3M, Ford, Schwan’s, McDonald’s, General Dynamics and Northwest Airlines. During his leadership of RAM Center, Mr. Carroll was a finalist for Inc. Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. While CEO of ViA, the company was recognized as one of Minnesota’s Fastest Growing Companies by Deloitte and Touche, ranking 82 nd in their nationwide Fast 500. Mr. Carroll holds worldwide patents for various miniature computing devices, robotics, and software interface systems. He initiated the flexible wearable PC, continuous speech, two-way language translation on mobile PCs and mobile PC controls for unmanned military vehicles. Mr. Carroll also designed and managed the prototype build of the world’s smallest full Windows OS PC with touch display, the PC Stick.

Dr. LeRoy Anderson, Chief Technical Officer

Dr. Anderson is Chief Technical Officer of agopc. His advances in miniature power supplies and innovative computing system layouts are fundamental to the realization of Protrino product size and capability. Dr. Anderson is also president/owner of MNC International Inc., which has provided many innovations to the electronics industry with its products and designs. He has managed the Asian manufacture of its products for major corporate clients, and has completed design, assembly, and testing for many first-of-a-kind working prototypes. Dr. Anderson’s advances in system design have greatly contributed to the success of a particular Minneapolis-based global manufacturer of award-winning Voice over IP, Internet access, remote access and modem products. Dr. Anderson has worked with Mr. Carroll as principal electronics design engineer for over 13 years.
